These “Uniflute” countersinks, manufactured by M.A. Ford can be used in a hand tool or in a machine tool. Unique cam relieved geometry makes this tool self piloting and completely chatterless. No secondary burrs are formed. Countersink sets are listed at the bottom. Countersink sets WF64100071 thru WF6400076 include 3/16, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4, and 1 inch diameter countersinks. Countersink sets WF64100001 thru WF64100006 includes 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, and 1 inch cutting diameter countersinks. The “A” in the detail of the product name denotes the angle of the countersink which are available in 60, 82, 90, 100, and 120 degree angles. Legend below explains sizing.
