Woodshopbits goal is to ship products promptly and on time to the complete satisfaction of the customer. On occasion, when returns are necessary, Woodshopbits policy is to accept returns within 30 days of receipt of goods. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging. If the goods received were not as ordered, Woodshopbits will provide a prepaid return label. If the customer ordered the wrong product, return shipping charges will be paid by the customer and subject to a restocking fee.
Returns after the 30 days period might be considered on an individual basis depending on the circumstances. In this case, return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
Refunds
Refunds are given after the returned product is received and inspected. The refund amount will depend on the reason for return and are generally as follows:
WoodShopBits Errors – Will receive 100% refund including shipping charges.
Customer Error – We can not refund shipping charges due to customer error in ordering this includes any order via phone. Customer error orders are also subject to a restocking fee of 20-25%, dependent on the product ordered.
Help us keep the Refund and Returns Policy simple. We have found that when people are reasonable, companies are reasonable but the reason these policies get so long and drawn out is because at some point in time somebody tried to get around the policy. Bottom line is we will be fair.

Manufacturers return policies – if your item was shipped directly to you from the manufacturer we must adhere to their refund and returns policy.
Arbitration – by ordering from woodshopbits.com you agree that you will attempt to resolve an issue directly with Wood Shop Bits.
