Essentially they are a chisel that cuts rather than scrapes. After your turning and finishing is done they can be used to cut your work to length. Blade is made from M2 High Speed Steel (Rockwell 62/64) and is approx. 6-1/2-inch long. Overall length of tool is approx.15-inch and has a beech wood stained handle.
