Big Horn 70157 ‘B’ Latch & Strike Template Kit.1-1/8″ x 2-1/4″ Latch Template & 1-1/8″ x 2-3/4″ ‘T’ Strike & Dead Bolt Template – Replaces Templaco LS-171B. Use this two template kit with your router to produce the finish mortise on both the door and the jamb. The strike (jamb) template will produce two mortises, the 1-1/8” x 2-3/4” ‘T’ strike with the red plastic block-off plate removed and the 1-1/8” x 2-3/4” deadbolt strike with the red plastic insert block-off plate installed. The latch template will produce a finish mortise of 1-1/8” x 2-1/4” on the door edge. Each template has two nail assemblies to attach the templates to the jamb and door. Template set is supplied with two red plastic Center Locators used to position the templates on the door and jamb in the proper position.

• Creates the finish mortise for the strike plate when installing” T” strikes with a finish size of 1-1/8” x 2-3/4” and also deadbolts with the same dimension
• Includes the red plastic center locator to position the template on the edge of the door in reference to the 1” hole bored in the door edge
• A red plastic block off plate is installed across the” T” part of the pocket with two screws to form the deadbolt pocket
• Use a 5/8” outside diameter router template guide on your router and a 1/2” hinge mortising bit with this template
