These rabbeting cutter heads have been designed for rabbeting, joining and grooving materials of various thicknesses in spindle moulder machines, double-end tenoner and edging machines. Ideal for coated and uncoated man-made boards, plastic material and hard and soft wood. Improved design with shear angle. Technical details: – Heavy duty aluminum alloy body. – 2 universal solid carbide straight knives 50x12x1.5mm [Z2], 1 up cut – 1 down cut. – 4 universal solid carbide scoring knives 14x14x2mm [V4]. – Tools for manual feed MAN. – Pins for the automatic positioning of the knives. Supplied in a solid plastic box.
